Payments are accepted from many credit card types. Visa, Mastercard, American Express and Discover are welcome.

We can process your payment using a Health Savings Card (HSA) or Flexible Spending Account Card (FSA).

Credit card payments can be taken in person, or over the phone during office hours. An email of your receipt will be sent to you at the time of processing.

Cash

Cash is an accepted form of legal tender in this office. If paying with cash, please bring as close to exact change as possible. Large bills cannot be changed within the office. Full payments made with cash in advance of services are eligible for Cash Discounts.

To receive a CASH DISCOUNT of 5% you must pay the total fee for treatment in advance.
